ClaimsIntake.ai — Legal
Refund Policy
Last updated: September 17, 2026
The free parts of ClaimsIntake.ai are always free. The only paid product is the one-time $399 Claim Package unlock, and because it is a digital product delivered instantly, refund requests are handled case-by-case. This page explains exactly how that works.
1. The free service
No payment is ever required to create a claim, upload documents and photos, use the document vault, or view your AI claim report. If you never purchase the Claim Package, there is never anything to refund.
2. The Claim Package — $399 one-time
The $399 unlock is delivered digitally the moment payment succeeds: the download of the final submission package for one claim is enabled in your account immediately. Because the product is delivered instantly, all purchases are final by default.
That said, we do not want you paying for something that did not work. Refund requests are reviewed individually, case-by-case.
3. What we review
We look at the circumstances of each request individually. Examples of situations we review include:
- · A technical failure on our side that prevented the package from being generated or downloaded.
- · An accidental duplicate purchase for the same claim.
- · A purchase made in clear error.
- · Other circumstances — tell us what happened and we will take a fair look.
4. How to request a review
Sign in to your ClaimsIntake.ai account and contact support through the app. Tell us which claim the purchase was for and what happened. We review requests promptly and respond through the app.
5. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, it can take several business days to appear on your statement. When a refund is issued, access to the Claim Package for that claim is automatically revoked.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us through the app before disputing a charge with your bank — most issues can be resolved faster directly. As with refunds, a chargeback or dispute automatically revokes access to the purchased package.
